RSI Divergence
Divergences between price and indicator are among the most powerful signals in technical analysis. They indicate that momentum is waning before price shows it visually — allowing early entries with excellent R/R.

When price makes new highs but RSI makes lower highs (bearish divergence), it means bullish momentum is exhausting. New highs are being reached with less and less force. Sooner or later, price will follow momentum downward. Divergence doesn't indicate WHEN the reversal will happen — only that it's losing strength.
